By accessing or using the EXAUTOMOBI mobile application and website (together referred to as "Platform"), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, browsing, or using any feature of EXAUTOMOBI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Types
  • Buyers: Can browse and bid on vehicle listings.
  • Sellers: Must register with valid ID, fingerprint, and 4-digit PIN to list vehicles.
  • Admin: Has full control over user activities, ad placements, and security management.
3. Registration & Security
  • All Sellers must provide valid personal and vehicle information.
  • Login is secured with fingerprint and a 4-digit PIN.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Vehicle Listings and Content
  • Sellers must ensure the accuracy of vehicle descriptions, photos, and pricing.
  • Fraudulent or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
  • EXAUTOMOBI reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.
5. Bidding & Transactions
  • Buyers can place bids on available vehicles.
  • Final decisions on sale are at the sole discretion of the Seller.
  • EXAUTOMOBI does not guarantee the quality or condition of vehicles.
6. Fees and Commission
  • A service fee or commission may be charged on successful transactions.
  • All charges (if any) will be clearly communicated prior to commitment.
  • EXAUTOMOBI reserves the right to modify its pricing policy.
7. Prohibited Activities
  • Post false or misleading vehicle details.
  • Use bots or automated tools to manipulate listings or bids.
  • Engage in abusive, harassing, or fraudulent behavior on the platform.
8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, app design, and content belong to NR Enterprises or their respective owners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Liability Disclaimer

EXAUTOMOBI acts only as a mediator between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

  • Vehicle condition or documentation.
  • Financial loss due to user transactions.
  • Any third-party dispute arising on or off the platform.
10. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any user account that violates our terms, engages in suspicious activity, or poses a risk to the platform’s integrity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled in courts located in Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
